We are fundraising to support the healthcare needs of Cabarrus County!
The Community Free Clinic (CFC) has been meeting the healthcare needs of Cabarrus County’s most vulnerable population for over 25 years. In response to the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 pandemic, the CFC needs funds for their clinical and pharmacy services.
Donate today for the purchasing of supplies, materials, and new expenses to support infrastructure and Telehealth options (to monitor and address patient care) for the Community Free Clinic in Cabarrus County.
